At OUZACK Medical, we understand that circumstances can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders may be cancelled, and how cancellation eligibility differs based on product type and manufacturer rules.

1. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Payment

Any order can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after payment.

To cancel your order, email: support@ouzackmedical.com
Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

You will receive confirmation once your order is cancelled.

2. Cancellations After 24 Hours

Most orders can still be cancelled after 24 hours as long as the item has not shipped.

  • If your order has not shipped, cancellation may be approved.
  • If your order has shipped or has tracking assigned, it cannot be cancelled.
    In this case, the order must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Brand-Specific Cancellation Rules

3.1 OxyNova – NON-CANCELLABLE AFTER PROCESSING

Once an OxyNova order is submitted for processing, it cannot be cancelled.
This brand is strictly final sale.

3.2 OxyRevo – NON-CANCELLABLE AFTER PROCESSING

After processing begins, OxyRevo orders cannot be cancelled.
This brand is also final sale.

3.3 OxyHealth – CANCELLATIONS NOT MANAGED BY OUZACK

OUZACK Medical does not ship or manage cancellations for OxyHealth orders.

All cancellations must be handled directly with OxyHealth, according to their official policy.

3.4 OxyAir – Cancellable ONLY if processing has not begun

If the order has not been processed or prepared for shipment, cancellation may be possible.

Once processing or manufacturer handoff begins, cancellations may not be allowed.

3.5 Airvida – Allowed Before Shipment

Airvida orders can typically be cancelled before they ship.

After shipment, the return must follow Airvida’s 30-day unused return policy.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Equipment

Custom-built and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

This includes:

  • Built-to-specification chambers
  • Custom-sized or configured units
  • Any item marked as “Custom Order,” “Built to Order,” or “Made to Order”

These items begin production quickly and cannot be stopped once in progress.

5. Cancellation Fees

A 5% cancellation fee may apply if:

  • Your order value exceeds $1,000, or
  • You have multiple cancellations on your account

This fee covers administrative, processing, and logistics costs associated with high-value medical equipment.

6. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Any order that has already shipped
  • Orders with a tracking number assigned
  • OxyNova orders (after processing)
  • OxyRevo orders (after processing)
  • OxyHealth orders (all cancellation requests must be handled by OxyHealth)
  • Custom-built or made-to-order equipment after 24 hours

7. How to Request a Cancellation

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will confirm whether your order is still eligible.
