Shipping Information
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST typically process the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM begin processing the next business day.
Yes. OUZACK Medical ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
No, currently we only ship to the USA.
All hyperbaric chambers and red-light therapy devices include free domestic shipping. Remote areas may have a carrier-applied surcharge displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on the brand:
- OxyNova: 15–21 days
- Airvida: 8–14 days
- OxyRevo: 10–17 days
- OxyAir (Soft-Shell): 35–40 days (air) / 50–55 days (sea)
- OxyAir (Hard-Shell): 50–65 days
- OxyHealth: Ships within 48 hours (fulfilled directly by OxyHealth)
A tracking number is provided for every order.
Depending on product size and destination:
- USPS — small/light items
- UPS / FedEx — standard packages
- LTL Freight — heavy or oversized equipment
Yes. Large equipment ships via LTL freight with scheduled delivery. A signature and presence is required for delivery.

Return and refund Information
Returns depend on the brand:
- OxyNova → No returns (final sale)
- OxyRevo → No returns (final sale)
- OxyHealth → Returns handled directly by OxyHealth
- Airvida → 30-day unused condition return
- OxyAir → 10-day unused condition return + 15% restocking fee
Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

- Delivery date
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if applicable)
If approved, you will receive an RMA number. No returns are accepted without RMA.
For eligible returns (Airvida, OxyAir), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
For brands that do not accept returns (OxyNova, OxyRevo, OxyHealth): No refunds will be issued. Customer is responsible for return freight and carrier redelivery fees.
