At OUZACK Medical, we are committed to supporting our customers throughout the lifespan of their wellness equipment. Because we sell specialized medical and wellness devices from multiple premium manufacturers, all warranty coverage is provided according to each brand’s official warranty terms.

To ensure complete transparency, customers can review the brand-specific warranty rules in the sections below. OUZACK Medical follows the manufacturer’s warranty policies exactly as stated.

1. General Warranty Guidelines (All Brands)

All hyperbaric chambers and red-light therapy devices sold by OUZACK Medical include manufacturer-backed warranty protection.

To qualify for warranty service:

✔ The product must be used according to manufacturer instructions
✔ Warranty issues must be reported as soon as they are detected
✔ Visible shipping damage must be reported within 12–24 hours
✔ Only manufacturing defects, functional failures, or component defects are covered

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Wear and tear
  • Misuse or improper setup
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by dropping, flooding, or physical impact
  • Use outside manufacturer guidelines
  • Commercial misuse not permitted by manufacturer

OUZACK Medical assists in processing warranty claims, but all repair, replacement, and approval decisions are made by the manufacturer.

2. BRAND-SPECIFIC WARRANTY COVERAGE

2.1 OxyNova — Manufacturer Lifetime Warranty (Defective Items Only)

Applies to: Hyperbaric Chambers

OxyNova products include strong manufacturer warranty protections but are non-returnable.

Lifetime warranty on core components (varies by model)

Coverage for:

  1. Material defects
  2. Valve failures
  3. Pump or compressor malfunction
  4. Structural or seam defects
  5. Defective gauges, hoses, or regulators

Transit damage covered if reported within 12–24 hours

  • Full chamber replacement if defect cannot be repaired

Not Covered

  • Wear & tear
  • Customer-caused punctures
  • Over-pressurization
  • Improper installation

2.2 OxyRevo — 1–2 Year Manufacturer Warranty (Defects Only)

Applies to: Hyperbaric Chambers & Red-Light Systems

OxyRevo products are final sale, but include full warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage

  • 1–2 year manufacturer warranty depending on model

  • Covers:

    • Pump failures

    • Valve defects

    • Structural defects

    • Chamber bladder failure

    • Electrical faults in red-light devices

  • Transit damage covered if reported quickly

Remedies

  • Free repair
  • Free replacement parts
  • Full unit replacement for non-repairable defects

Not Covered

  • Customer-caused damage
  • Usage outside guidelines
  • Unauthorized modifications

2.3 Airvida — 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty + 30-Day Return Option

Applies to: Hyperbaric Chambers & Red-Light Therapy Beds

Airvida offers one of the most flexible warranties.

Warranty Coverage

  • 1-year manufacturer warranty

  • Covers:

    • Electrical defects

    • LED or optical array failures

    • Pump or compressor issues

    • Structural defects

Remedies

  • Replacement parts
  • Repairs
  • Unit replacement for confirmed defects

Not Covered

  • Signs of use inconsistent with manufacturing defect
  • Customer damage
  • Improper installation

Claim Process

We will coordinate with Airvida for service or replacement.

2.4 OxyAir — 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty (Strict Conditions)

Applies to: Soft-Shell & Hard-Shell Hyperbaric Chambers

Warranty Coverage

  • 1-year warranty from manufacturer

  • Covers:

    • Material or seam defects

    • Valve or gauge issues

    • Pump/compressor defects

    • Electrical or control unit failure

Remedies

  • Replacement parts
  • Repair services
  • Full replacement for major defects

Not Covered

  • Use-related damage
  • Inflation over recommended pressure
  • Wear & tear
  • Improper handling

2.5 OxyHealth — Warranty Provided Directly by OxyHealth

Applies to: Hyperbaric Chambers (Affiliate Program Only)

OUZACK Medical does NOT ship or service OxyHealth products.
All warranty support is handled directly by OxyHealth.

✔ Warranty Coverage Includes (Per OxyHealth)

  • Structural integrity
  • Compressor and valve components
  • Control panel/electrical defects
  • Pressure system defects

OUZACK Cannot:

  • File warranty claims on your behalf
  • Accept returns or repairs
  • Provide parts

How to Get Warranty Support

Customers must contact OxyHealth directly using the instructions included in their shipment.

OUZACK will gladly help you locate the correct OxyHealth support contact.

3. Damage on Arrival (All Brands)

If your device arrives damaged:

Email support@ouzackmedical.com within 12–24 hours with:

  • Photos of damage
  • Shipping label
  • Packaging
  • Chamber/device condition

We will immediately process a damage claim with the manufacturer and carrier.

4. Warranty Claim Requirements

A valid claim must include:

✔ Order number
✔ Photos/videos of the issue
✔ Serial number (if applicable)
✔ Description of defect
✔ Proof of delivery date
✔ Packaging images (for transit damage claims)

Failure to provide documentation may delay processing.

5. Warranty Exclusions (All Brands)

Warranties do not cover:

  1. Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or neglect
  2. Commercial use when not allowed
  3. Wear & tear
  4. Water or moisture damage
  5. Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  6. Cosmetic damage
  7. Damage caused by exceeding recommended pressure

6. Warranty Processing Time

  • Claim review: 3–7 business days
  • Manufacturer decision: 5–14 business days
  • Replacement/repair shipping: varies by brand
